1 - PERSONAL PERMISSIONS

Crit: I am always open for crit. I know I have a tendency to veer towards the dramatic (I do like my angst), but if you feel it's going too far, or if it's making you uncomfortable, absolutely tell me. I am flexible and I am non-crazy and I will not take offense at your feelings. That is an absolute promise.
Backtagging: I'm good for it.
Threadhopping: Go right ahead; I don't mind at all.
Fourthwalling: This one's a no, for now, but if you have a good reason for it/an interesting idea for it, I'm willing to listen.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Nothing I can personally think of. I have a very thick skin, and if I'm made uncomfortable unexpectedly, I will let you know.

Hugging this character: Go ahead, but be warned that physical contact enhances telepathy and he's not entirely in control of his own powers.
Kissing this character: Platonic only; elaborated on below.
Flirting with this character: He's thirteen. SO go ahead, but don't expect him to get it or respond.
Fighting with this character: Go ahead! He will use telepathy to defend himself, but that's really all he's got as far as fighting ability.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Go ahead, but if it's severe, please message me first to confirm. I'm usually okay with it, definitely okay with it if it's for a plot.
Killing this character: If you want to kill him, I will definitely listen.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: It's absolutely fine, but expect him to read you back.
General notes:
◊ General plotting: I'm okay with people doing almost anything to Charles. If it's in-character, I'll go for it. I'm fine with traumatizing him, messing with his head, having people nudge him towards evil, seriously, I'm very flexible. I have only a few limits.
◊ Sexuality: Charles is underage (13 years old), and I will not be bringing him into any romantic plotlines. A possible awkward date or two with someone of equivalent age is about as far as I'm willing to go with him at this age. If he's ever aged up or from later in his timeline for any reason, I will consider it.
2 - POWERS
Charles is a telepath -- he can read minds, alter them, create illusions, and enforce mind control. This means that he has the capability, though not necessarily the will. He'll only use telepathy offensively against those he views as enemies.

3 - GENERAL INTERACTION
Charles is a child soldier of sorts, which means that his presence comes with a lot of issues. He's also underage, and deeply screwed up. I understand that not everyone is looking for this kind of CR.
As such, I'm providing this opportunity to completely opt out of interaction with Charles. I will not tag your posts, and I won't get in on plots where interaction will be necessary. (A note: if you do not opt out here, and I comment on your post, and you would rather me not, just drop me a PM and I'm happy to delete/retcon.)
